What's the minimum order?
Our Starter Pack starts at 120 bullets per week. For one-off events we offer custom Event Pallets with no recurring commitment.
How is the ice delivered?
In insulated, temperature-controlled crates on a 48-hour cold-chain schedule, so every bullet arrives exactly as clear as it was cut.
Can you produce branded or custom ice?
Yes — engraved blocks, custom dimensions and branded bullets for signature serves and events. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll scope it with you.
